APEDA Signed MoUs with AFC India Ltd & NCUI for the Cooperation in Interest of Agriculture & Allied Sectors.

On August 25, 2020, Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), has signed two MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) one each with AFC ((formerly Agricultural Finance Corporation Ltd) India Limited, and National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI).



On 25th August Nitin Gadkari inaugurated & laid the foundation stones for 45 highway projects in Madhya Pradesh

On August 25, 2020, Nitin Gadkari inaugurated & laid the foundation stones for 45 highway projects in Madhya Pradesh. 

Nitin Gadkari is also annouced that a fund of Rs 700 Cr. which is funded by Central Road Fund(CRF) will also going to utilise for road sectors in Madhya Pradesh (MP)

The New Program‘Structured Finance and Partial Guarantee Program Has Been Introduced by NABARD

NABARD the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development launched  a new dedicated debt and credit guarantee product program called ‘Structured Finance and Partial Guarantee Program for Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFC)as well as for Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs)’, a dedicated debt and credit guarantee product.

 App to monitor plantation “Harit Path”  by Nitin Gadkari Nitin Gadkari (the Union Minister for road transport and highways)  has launches a new mobile app called  ‘Harit Path’  which will monitor plantation along national highways. Under this initiative, the NHAI will going to plant over 25 lakh plants in 25 days along the stretches of the national highways between July 21 and August 15, 2020 . Keypoints to remember:- 1. The purpose of these app is to monitor the plantations through geo-tagging & web-based GIS-enabled monitoring tools . 2. These is a   GPS-based app that has been developed by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), this is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Road and Transport. 3. The aim of these app is to monitor location, growth, species details, maintenance activities, targets and achievements of each of its field units for each and every plant under all plantation projects .
